An author has caused a storm in the States for suggesting that childless women should be given extended breaks from work the same as workers with kids. Meghann Foyle says women who don't have children should be allowed what she calls 'ME-ternity leave'. She said she is sick seeing parents leave work on time while she stayed late "picking up the slack" without the "excuse" of spending time with kids. What do you think - does she have a point, or does it go without saying that workers with kids need to be given more flexibility? Stephen got the views of Finola Meredith and Niamh Horan
