Rotary Student Exchange Program

Marilyn Upton and Sara Wohler talk about the Rotary Exchange Program. Marilyn's daughter was a participant. Sara is participating now as a student from Switzerland. Marilyn has begun the Elizabeth J. Upton Foundation to help participants defray some of the costs of taking part in the program.
