Real Estate Scam Warning

The agency the regulates B.C.'s real estate sector has a warning for people in the Okanagan. It says unlicensed real estate operators have contacted people who listed their properties for sale online. The agency warns these operators could take advantage of sellers. CBC reporter Brady Strachan has been looking into this. And he's discovered there may be a link between this warning and a group of people ordered to stop dealing in the Alberta real estate market.
