Credit Card Debt on Track to hit $1 Trillion

US credit-card balances are on track to hit one trillion dollars this year. The Wall Street Journal's AnnaMaria Andriotis says credit card issuers have been aggressively marketing their plastic and consumers are less skittish about carrying debt.
