Rwandese Peacekeepers pledge commitment to support peace and stability in South Sudan

Rwandese Peacekeepers serving in South Sudan have pledged their commitment to contribute to a legacy of peace in South Sudan. The commitment was announced by Major Apollo Rutanganda, head of the Rwandese Battalion ahead of the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers on May 29th. The day is set aside to remember those who served in United Nations (UN) peacekeeping operations and to honor the memory of people who died in the name of peace. Major Rutanganda said the Government of Rwanda is committed to see peace and stability return to South Sudan. He spoke to our Reporter Philip Wani in this interview
