Texas Sues White House Over Transgender Bathroom Use

Texas Gov. Greg Abbot announced Wednesday that the state plans to file a lawsuit challenging Obama administration rules that instruct public schools to allow transgender students to use whichever bathroom they like.
The Republican made the announcement on Twitter. State Attorney General Ken Paxton is expected to formally announce the challenge at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
