R6KA is one of the formal licensed European Russia stations on 6 meter. This QSO have been done during the first opening to JA1 area. The opening area was small - so called 'spotty' - and moved from North to South. His signal peaked at 599 in the 15 minutes of the window and gone bellow the noise floor.
