Columbia Police Chief Ken Burton

Chief Burton reacts to the posting of the racial disparity in traffic stops report from the Attorney General Chris Koster's office. The 2015 report shows Columbia police with a racial disparity index of 2.97. The state's is 1.61. Chief Burton says the process is flawed and leads to poor conclusions about his department.
