Should all religious clothing and emblems be barred from the workplace?

Should the wearing of headscarves, crosses, crucifixes and other religious clothing be banned in the work place? According to the European Union's top legal adviser - doing so is - NOT illegal. It comes after security firm G4S fired a Belgian Muslim receptionist, who wanted to cover her head.

So should all religious clothing and emblems be left out of the workplace?
