Should drug dealers be held responsible when someone dies of an overdose?

The fentanyl crisis continues to grow. The opioid has caused B.C. to declare a public health emergency. Dawson Creek RCMP say they are going after drug dealers after a slate of overdoses- and warn manslaughter charges could ensue if someone dies. We speak to people in Prince George and lawyer Paul Doroshenko about who holds responsibility for drug deaths.
