The Sir Cliff Richard case has reignited the row surrounding the issue of anonymity. Should defendants in sexual offence cases have their identities protected until they are found guilty? Does the stigma stay with them regardless of the outcome? Or could anonymity in some cases - prevent further victims coming forward?
