Charities say don’t give to beggars on the street #BBCNolan

If you see a person who is homeless, sleeping rough or begging on the street would you give them money? And if so are you doing them harm? A new campaign is being launched today by Depaul and the Welcome Organisation called "begging for change" in which they urge people not to give money to someone on the street. They say it may do more harm than good.
