This 13-Year-Old Survived a Horrific War Crime. But He May Never Be Safe Enough to Testify

The 13-year-old boy lives as a refugee in his own country, crammed into a listing tent cobbled together out of plastic sheeting and timber scraps with his mother and multiple siblings.
