Can you get the benefits of exercise by having a hot bath? We all know exercise is good for us, but can we get the benefits without actually doing the exercise? New research suggests having a hot bath or a sauna can actually help us burn off calories. Sounds better than an hour of hard pedalling anyway! Dr Michael Mosley has been looking in to this.
