Donald Trump was accused by Democrats at their convention in Philadelphia of encouraging the Russians target cyber espionage on Hillary Clinton. At a press conference in Florida, the Republican candidate appealed to the Russians to help find Hillary Clinton's "thirty thousand missing E-mails". Clinton campaign officials called the comments a "national security issue".
