Kirsty Dixon, friend of Joel Richards who died in the 2015 Tunisia terror attacks, talks to Capital ahead of the launch of the Joel Richards Foundation Legacy Fund this Sunday 31 July. Joel was chair of the Birmingham FA Youth Council at the time of his death - Kirsty, previously vice-chair, took over his role.
