AJ Hoffman and Fred Faour being the last hour of The Blitz pick up from where they left off from the last hour by talking about superheroes. The guys slowly transition into talking about what makes a superhero a super hero and that Xbox 360 games are compatible with Xbox 1s. Later in the show, the guys talk about former University of Houston Cougar William Jackson getting hurt and possibly missing out the whole NFL season with the Cincinnati Bengals.
