Does the Team GB name represent a snub to Northern Ireland?

The Olympics opening ceremony kicks off tonight in Rio. Scotland's Andy Murray is carrying the flag for Team GB. But is that Team GB title and brand an insult to Northern Ireland? Should it not be Team UK, or Team GB-NI? Or does that not matter?
