The Waves of Leicester Square

Reimagined by Jan-Morten Iversen.

"The main idea that woke in me upon hearing the orginal recording was simply to to a series of cut-outs of smaller sound and use these to create a more melodic wave-like track, then to be layered with longer extracts from the original to assure the feel of the original recording/the station was kept. The waves paints a picture of comings and goings, the pitched elements and the original elements gives a calm to the chaos. I tried to do more of a "songstructure" to this track; a few ups and dows before something like a crescendo towards the end before i leave the station."
