A Quesnel rancher is fed up that wolves have eaten over 65,000 dollars worth of his cattle... and he says wildlife mismanagement is to blame.

Mike Gilson is a rancher from the South-East Quesnel area. He says he has lost over a hundred cattle to wolves over the past two years.

CBC reached out to various government authorities about this issue, and heard no response. However, the BC Cattleman's Association has confirmed that Quesnel ranchers encounter many problem wolves preying on their cows.
