Father of young man killed in the 2011 Birmingham riots says little has changed in 5 years

Tariq Jahan's son, Haroon, was killed when a car hit him and two friends as they tried to stop looters in Winson Green.

The riots started in London in August 2011 after the police shot dead Mark Duggan with them then spreading across the country.
