Michael Makuei accuses IGAD of turning S Sudan into first UN protectorate

In press briefing held today in #Juba, #SouthSudan minister of information, Michael Makuei Lueth, said that #IGAD secretary wants his country to be the first #UN protectorate ever existed in the world.
