A retirement community neighbouring the site of a planned shelter in Terrace say they don't want to live next door.

A damp shelter in the City of Terrace continues to be a source of debate.
People living in the Twin Rivers retirement community down the road from the shelter building say they oppose its new location.
And wrote to city council asking them to discourage the plan.
