Report indicates regional approach is best for Metro Hartford

Rather than acting as 38 separate communities, a new report indicates Metro Hartford, with a population of 1 million people, would benefit acting as a region. Entitled 2016 Metro Hartford Progress, the study suggests that tackling education, transportation, business and other areas regionally would strengthen the entire area. Scott Gaul, Community Indicators Project Director for the Hartford Foundation of Public Giving, details the report on Front & Center with host Dan Lovallo.
