EXCLUSIVE: 95 teacher vacancies acorss Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife

In figures that we have gathered from the five councils in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife, we can reveal that as kids go back to school there are currently 95 teacher vacancies in our schools. I speak to Larry Flanagan, the General Secretary of Scotland's largest education union, EIS - asking him why there is so many vacancies, and what can be done to resolve the issue.
