Strong winds whip parts of western Utah

The National Weather Service put a large portion of western Utah under a high wind warning Monday. Microburst gusts topped 60 miles per hour across the west desert. NWS Meteorologist Pete Wolenski explained the conditions creating the winds were not widespread.
