Traffic flagger killed even as safety for profession improves

RCMP is investigating the death of flagger at a construction site in Prince George yesterday. The incident took place around six-am in the Hart neighbourhood. There are still few details that explain what happened. But it does come at a time when safety is improving, according to the BC Flaggers Association.
