Project Discus dead, after conditional support from State School Board

Officials in West Jordan have terminated their attempt to bring a massive data center for Facebook to their city. The Utah State School Board agreed to a compromise deal, but, West Jordan City officials say that deal wasn't attractive enough for the social media giant.
