At 2.30pm today (18-8-16) we experienced a 5.6 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Bowen & it was felt across Mackay and the Whitsundays. EJ had a chat with Jonathon, an expert from Geoscience Australia with details on the earthquake & the aftershock, he spoke about the likelihood of another quake and gave us info on what to do if there is.
