National Tree Day in the Mackay Region was a huge success - over two days! 4MK's Perko spoke to Mackay Regional Council's Natural Environmental Project Officer, Gerard Ferguson about kids planting over 2000 trees on Friday 29th July and then families planting over 1200 trees on Sunday morning.
