Civilian review board says SLC officers violated policy in February shooting on Rio Grande Street

Salt Lake City's civilian review board says two officers involved in the February shooting of Abdullahi "Abdi" Mohamed violated department policy. It comes after Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill ruled their use of deadly force legally justified.
