It's been a huge issue in Northern Ireland since Martin McGuinness scrapped the 11 plus when he was education minister. And it's in the headlines again. Primary schools are now free- again - to prepare pupils for the unregulated tests. It follows a decision by Education Minister Peter Weir to reverse the department of education policy.
