Stel talks to Jack Stern about his journey from Wimbledon to Montreal Impact - where he is Goalkeeping Coach for the U23's - via South Carolina and West Brom. Jack gives us an insight as to how Montreal Impact have developed their youth academy over the years, improved training facilities to assist their long term goals, the club's long term player development plan and coaching methods he uses when training different age groups.
