Former Education Minister : "Writing should be a creative way of constructive expression"

The Presidential adviser on Education affairs is promoting reading and writing as a healthy way of expression.

John Gai Yoh a former Minister of Education in the National government has authored several books on the history of South Sudan.

Gai told Radio Miraya that he was inspired to pick up a pen as a Sudanese refugee in 1997.

His comments come on the eve of International Literacy Day celebrated on the 08th of September every year.
