BLM seeking comments on controversial access plan for Recapture Canyon

A scenic canyon on the outskirts of Blanding could reopen to ATVs under plans under consideration by the Bureau of Land Management. The agency is seeking comment on six possible alternatives for access to Recapture Canyon. It has been closed to ATVs since in 2007.
