HawkWatch International recovers bird with clipped wings in Bountiful

HawkWatch International volunteers say someone apparently used scissors to slice a Coopers Hawk's feathers. A homeowner in Bountiful spotted the bird in a backyard tennis court. The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Northern Utah is now caring for the hawk.
