A court's heard how the operator of Alton Towers is to blame for the crash despite staff errors.

Prosecutors say senior managers failed to train technical staff properly. 5 people were left seriously injured with 2 having to have leg amputations.

Merlin has already admitted breaking Health and Safety rules back in June 2015.
