The guys talk about if Art Briles should get another chance somewhere else for the 2017 season, like coming back to the University of Houston should Tom Herman leave. Joel and Travis go back and forth on how fans would feel and the media attention that Briles would bring to a program. Another option for LSU that the guys bring up is Lane Kiffin. Travis has some strong views against Kiffin being given another chance. The show believes the LSU hire needs to have a Louisiana connection. A big debate that the guys go back and forth on is coaching abilities versus recruiting abilities of any potential hire. Joel and Travis believe that there are bad coaching jobs and that coaches should not pull a Charlie Weis and coach football at a basketball school. The show also bring up Broncos GM John Elway and his tweets and his obsession with getting back at people, especially a fan who called out his pick of Trevor Siemian. The guys also get into some college football action and look ahead to week 5 of the college football season. Wisconsin surprised Joel a little bit and the guys are loving another Watt brother who plays for the Badgers.
