Warnings There Could Be A Rise In Violent Crime If Pranksters Continue With 'Killer Clown' 'Joke'

Heart's been told there could be a rise in violent crime - if pranksters don't stop scaring people by dressing up as clowns.

The craze started in the US - but has now reached #Birmingham and the #BlackCountry.

Yesterday a 13-year-old was arrested in #WestBrom after a 14-year-old reported being assaulted by someone dressed as a clown.
