Utahns say "Trump effect" is making life difficult for immigrants and refugees

As the presidential race continues to heat up, debate has turned several times to the topics of immigration and refugees. Now Utahns are saying they're seeing the hateful speech that pop up in those debates trickle down to their neighborhoods.
