Safeguarding Week: A family affected by domestic abuse

The brother of a #NorthYorkshire woman who was murdered by her partner is raising awareness of domestic abuse. Andrew Overton's sister, Rebecca Kowal, was killed in #WestTanfield near #Ripon in 2008. He's supporting #SafeguardingWeek and encouraging anyone who's worried about a friend or relative to ask for help.
