State says discrepancies over mail in ballot instructions not a worry

The state elections office says differing instructions by various counties over mail-in ballots should not have an impact on the ballots themselves, as long as people follow the instructions mailed to them. Some have raised concerns because general instructions sent out by the state are different. KSL Newsradio's Marc Giauque has more.
