Health dept. under fire after waiting lists millions spent elsewhere

Outrageous and shocking. That's how the Ulster Unionists have described news that the Health Minister did not spend all of an extra 40 million pounds given to tackle waiting lists. Michelle O'Neill says around half the money was used on waiting lists. The rest was used elsewhere in the health service.
