Richard Moore and Orla Chennaoui are joined by Bob Varney, who runs Drops, the women’s team who featured in episode one of The Cycling Podcast Féminin. Bob reflects on the team’s first season, the state of women’s racing, and talks about Drops’ plans for 2017 and beyond.
