Westminster withholds money to tackle paramilitary activity until Stormont produces more detailed action plan

A total of £10m was to be set aside this year, half from the Stormont executive and half from Westminster. A around £4 million of the Executive's allocation has been spent. SDLP MLA Claire Hanna says tackling the issue must be a priority.
