It's five years since the West #Harrogate household #waste #recycling centre opened. Joanne Kearney, Waste Contracts Manager at #NorthYorkshire County Council, and Ben Ralph, Area Supervisor for contractor Keir, have been telling Stray FM how much of a difference the centre has made since 2011.
