Donald Trump says Hillary Clinton is being protected by a rigged system after the FBI cleared her over the email scandal:
With just hours to go until election day, the FBI says it has not changed its decision over Mrs Clinton's use of a private email server while Secretary of State.
The Democratic presidential candidate will not be charged.
