With comparisons between the election and the EU referendum being thrown around everywhere in the press and indeed by Trump, the self-proclaimed "Mr. Brexit" himself, we decided to shed some light on the situation with the help of Dr Jacob Parakilas, a researcher and assistant head of the US and the Americas Programme at The Royal Institute of International Affairs Chatham House.
