No fines in Wales for smoking in cars with children

No fines have been issued in Wales since it was made illegal for people to smoke in cars with youngsters under the age of 18. Drivers or passengers who flout the rules could face a £50 penalty, but Dyfed Powys Police is the only force in Wales to even issue a warning. But Suzanne Cass from ASH Wales Cymru, says "This law was never about bringing prosecutions, it was about decreasing the number of children being exposed to second hand smoke."
