Pierre Viljoen is the Vice Chancellor of CQ University. He's very motivated and passionate and one of his greatest passions is the development of a sports precinct at the university that will be open to the community. 4MK's Perko spoke to Pierre and found that even though the new government hadn't been sworn in at the time, he was already on the front foot chasing up local politicians about delivering on their promise of $10 million for the project
